01 About the mission
Our mission is simple: get the soldiers what they need.
collect and deliver essential supplies and support to our soldiers and their families — requested by the commanders of the units, packed in Dallas, Texas, carried to Israel by volunteers.
Hi, my name is Ivan Sacks. I am a 66-year-old financial advisor living in Dallas, Texas with my wife and children. However, after October 7th, 2023, my entire life mission was shifted: I couldn’t sit back while our brothers and sisters were fighting for their lives.
People started referring to me as “Agent Ivan” and that’s how this website was built.
I have connected to a few credentialed, legitimate organizations in Israel. I am getting first-hand information regularly from the bases and the soldiers on what the soldiers are in dire need of so that they are ready for all situations on the battlefield. These items are requested by the commanders of the units.
If our assistance can save a life or aid a soldier in battle, we would have done our job.

02 Method
How the bags move
Ordered, then packed
In the Amazon list are the items needed, and necessary. If you purchase on the Amazon link it gets delivered to me, and I get them packaged into duffle bags so they are ready to go with the first courier.
Documents for customs
I supply each carrier with the necessary travel documents to pass through customs, so nothing is held up on arrival.
Urgency, not economy
We want the soldiers to get the items as soon as possible. For this approach we have to pay a courier fee, but we will do whatever it takes to get these bags to our soldiers ASAP. We have looked at other forms of transportation but they don’t meet the urgent mode. Our mission is urgent.
03 Why we explain every item
The scissors example
To motivate people to buy the listed items, we try to explain why the item is so important.
A great example is the Leatherman Scissors, which enables the medical units to cut the uniforms or boots to get access to the injured area. The difference between having one or not could be a LIFE saved or tragically a DEATH.

04 The bottleneck
The hardest part
Getting the needed items in time for the couriers.
Volunteers fly on their own schedules. When a bag misses a departure it waits for the next one — which is why ordering today matters more than ordering more.

How the first fifteen bags got there
An interview with Ivan and Hillel Rodin from December 2023 describes the first two-week trip: the duffel bags a neighbour had filled, the letters collected from Dallas schoolchildren, and the WhatsApp appeal that funded the flight.
